1: Hire Terms
All rates are quoted in pounds sterling (£) per week and include VAT at the standard rate of 15% until January 2010 when it will be 17.5%.

Reservations are from Friday to Friday unless otherwise agreed at time of reservation.

All cottages are equipped to Scottish Tourist Board 2 or 3 Star standard and include bedlinen and dish towels - no bath towels are provided but are available for hire at      £2.00 per towel per week.

All cottages are double glazed, heating by night storage with extra heating available.   

The night storage heating will be turned on prior to guests' arrival and this will be charged for.

Free wood is provided for the open fire in each cottage and coal is available at £12 per bag, this should be pre-ordered.   

All cottages have colour TV, Sky free to air and have either DVD or VHS video..

Water is from a treated supply.

2: Other Extras

Electricity will be charged by meter readings taken before you arrive and the night before you leave, electricity is charged at cost.

Dogs are welcome at £10.00 per week. Other pets may be allowed by special arrangement.

Cots & High Chairs are available at £7.00 per week.

Towels are available for hire at £2.00 each.

Coal is available at £12 per bag and should be pre-ordered.

Cancellation insurance is available for all cottages. Please ask for details.

For over-occupancy guests must supply their own beds and linen.

3: Payment/Deposit

50% deposit is due on booking and should be sent with the booking form. The balance of hire must be paid 28 days prior to the holiday start date.

Please note that credit cards are not accepted.  Cheques should be made out to 'Dalmunzie Limited'.  Payment can also be made by BACS to Dalmunzie Ltd, Sort Code is     80-05-68, Account Number 00282133 - please put your name as a reference.

4: Cancellations

For any cancellation, Dalmunzie Limited must be informed immediately by telephone.

Unless re-let is obtained, the hirer will remain responsible for the total holiday cost. In all cases deposit is forfeit.

For skiers: there will be no refunds due to lack of snow.

5: Arrival & Departure Arrival may be any time after 4:00 pm unless otherwise arranged and departures are before 10:00 am. Please state approximate time of arrival with final payment.
6: Hirers Responsibility

The hirer is responsible for the cottage and its equipment during the period of hire and is expected to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the holiday period.  This includes stripping the beds, cleaning the bathroom and kitchen and also cleaning out the fireplace.

7: Hirer's Property Liability cannot be accepted for any loss or damage to personal effects.
