Screened by mature trees on two sides, there are lovely views south and east to the Hills of Glenshee.         

It is on 2 floors with a double bedroom, twin bedded room and bath/shower room upstairs which are all attractively wood panelled.

Downstairs is a sitting room and an open plan kitchen/dining room.
